Best Student Film Award 2002

Prime Point Foundation had instituted an award for the "Best student film" produced by the final year post graduate students of Mass communication students of Madras City colleges. The Award was sponsored by M/s Krishnaswamy Associates, one of the leading documentary producers of India.  

The Foundation received six entries from various colleges.  The panel of jury consisted of Dr S Krishnaswamy (Founder, M/s Krishnaswamy Associates) , Mr T Kannan and Dr Gowri Ramnarayan, noted columnists.  The Jury selected the documentary titled "SHE" produced by the Post Graduate students of M O P Vaishnav College, Madras for the Award.  The Award was presented by Mr N Rangachary, Chairman, IRDA on 23rd April 2002 in the presence of galaxy of luminaries.
