Domain name

  • Register your domain name to resemble your company's name, product, etc.
  • To avoid any misuse later, register all the domain names likeMr K. Srinivasan . com, .net , .org, etc. and give link to the main website
  • Do not change your domain name, after promoting the web site

Promotion of Web site

  • Register the URL in various search engines
  • Insert Meta tags, Key words in all the pages    
  • Print the web site URL, E Mail address in the visiting cards of all the employees and the letter heads, Advertisements, banners, brochures etc   
  • Provide links to your web site from other sites
  • Give the URL of your web site in all the e mails sent by you

 Media Room 

  • Provide Media Room in your web site, to enable the Media persons to access latest information easily     
  • Post the latest Press Releases in chronological order
  • Provide Logo of the Organistion, Photos of the Senior Executives (with different resolutions)
  • Quote the opinion of the Media about your organisation
  • Provide contact details for the benefit of Media persons
  • Distribute your Press Releases through net with prior permission


  • While sending e-mails to others, follow netiquettes
  • Be polite, brief, respect others bandwidth, avoid attachments, etc.
  • Do not send any unsolicited attachments

Contact Details

  • Provide contact address, phone numbers, e mail address, contact person, etc
  • Provide suitable form for the visitors to contact u with their questions / requirements. 
  • Ensure proper email link is provided to the form, so that the information reaches the concerned person
  • Do not change your e mail address, after popularizing the same.


  • Provide contents which are required for your stake holders (employees, customers, share holders, etc)
  • Frequently update the contents - remove all the stale contents
